Natural way to develop concentration ( samadhi).  Buddhism is about experiencing  the reality of all conditions. We can be in touch with these dhamma conditions, which will become more refined as the knowing state grows deeper. The sequence of progress proceeds as follows: from mindfulness ( sati), then to concentration ( samadhi), then wisdom ( panna), then to knowing  ( vijja)  and finally, liberation ( vimutti). The development of the knowing state begins with practicing the right mindfulness( samma sati). What is the right mindfulness?
